Trade11AI Methodology
Overview
Trade11AI is an AI trading analysis platform that scans 25 markets — forex pairs, cryptocurrencies, gold, and Indian indices — across multiple timeframes with a rule-based 42-module analysis engine, and produces evidence-based trade plans with entry, stop loss, take profit, and risk-reward levels. Trade11AI is an educational research tool, not financial advice.
This page documents how the analysis is produced, so users can verify that outputs come from explicit rules rather than opaque predictions.
The 42-module engine
Every symbol and timeframe is evaluated by 42 independent analysis modules. Each module inspects one dimension of the market and reports evidence with a score. Module coverage includes:
- Market state: trend, market structure (BOS and CHoCH), volatility (ATR), momentum (RSI, MACD), moving averages, VWAP, and trading sessions.
- Levels and zones: support and resistance, supply and demand, Fibonacci, trendlines, previous day levels, equal highs and lows, and premium versus discount zones.
- Smart money concepts: order blocks, fair value gaps, liquidity sweeps, liquidity zones, and inducement detection.
- Patterns: candlestick patterns, chart patterns, breakouts, and retests.
- Context: news impact, economic calendar, market sentiment, Bitcoin trend, correlation, open interest, and funding rates.
- Risk: risk-reward, stop loss placement, position sizing, and money management.
Evidence labeling
The engine never invents prices, levels, or signals. Evidence is labeled as confirmed, probable, or weak. If required data is missing, the output states insufficient data instead of guessing. Newer information takes priority over older information when sources conflict.
The Five Confirmations
A setup is only presented as a trade candidate after passing five checks:
- Trend alignment
- Market structure
- Liquidity confirmation
- Volume confirmation
- Risk-reward ratio of at least 1:2
If overall confidence is below 80, the platform outputs NO TRADE.
Confidence scoring
Each setup receives a 0-100 confidence score derived only from detected evidence: 80 and above is strong, 60-79 is moderate, 40-59 is watchlist, and below 40 is avoid. Setups against higher-timeframe bias, inside mid-range chop, near high-impact news, or with poor risk-reward are penalized.
Backtest validation
No strategy is recommended on assumption. Strategies are validated on historical data, and a strategy is automatically rejected if any of the following is true:
- Win rate below 55%
- Profit factor below 1.5
- Maximum drawdown above 15%
- Negative expectancy
- Fewer than 5 trades in the sample
Strategies that pass are marked VERIFIED. Backtest results describe historical behavior only and do not guarantee future results.
Limitations
Markets change, data feeds can lag, and rule-based analysis can be wrong. Trade11AI does not guarantee accuracy, uptime, or profitability, and it never claims a fixed win rate. Read the full risk disclaimer.
