This Privacy Policy explains how Trade11AI ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website (trade11ai.com) and Android application. By using Trade11AI, you agree to this policy.
We may collect: (a) Account email if you sign up; (b) Device identifier and app version; (c) Subscription status, plan type, purchase timestamps, and Google Play purchase tokens for verification; (d) Usage diagnostics such as symbol, timeframe, and error logs; (e) Optional feedback you submit (ratings, email, comments); (f) Theme and local preferences stored on your device. We do not require your legal name to use the app.
We use data to operate the 25-pair scanner, 42 analysis modules, 13 Key Levels, AI market bias, Pro subscriptions, verify Google Play purchases, improve reliability, process refund requests, respond to support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for unrelated advertising profiling.
Market prices and chart data are fetched from third-party data providers. Analysis outputs are generated on our servers. We do not claim ownership of public market data. Broker credentials or API keys in local configuration remain on your device unless you explicitly send them to us.
On the website, Pro payments use manual UPI (India) or PayPal (international) with admin verification after you submit payment proof — we store order references and screenshots you upload, not full card or UPI PIN details. On the Android app, Pro is billed exclusively through Google Play Billing, subject to Google's privacy policy. Market data, email (Brevo), and infrastructure providers may receive technical request metadata only.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose data only when required by law, to prevent fraud, to verify purchases with Google Play, or to protect our rights. Aggregated, non-identifiable statistics may be used internally for product improvement.
Subscription and billing records are kept as required for accounting and refund verification. Low-rating feedback is stored privately on our server. You may delete local app data via Settings → Delete Account. To request server-side deletion, email [email protected].
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure JSON storage for server records. No method is 100% secure; you use the app at your own risk and should protect your device and credentials.
Trade11AI is not directed to children under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Contact [email protected] if you believe a minor has provided information.
If you access the app from outside your home country, your information may be processed where our servers operate. By using the app you consent to such transfer subject to applicable law.
Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR, CCPA, India's DPDP Act), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Contact [email protected] with your request. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
