Trade11AI provides AI-assisted trading research tools including: 25-pair multi-timeframe scanner, 42 analysis modules, 13 automated Key Levels on charts, AI directional market bias (News Filter), paper portfolio, learning analytics, and optional Pro features. The app is for education and research — not a broker and not an order-execution platform.

AI-generated signals, scores, key levels, and bias labels may be incomplete or incorrect. Market conditions change rapidly. You must independently verify every setup before placing real trades. We do not guarantee accuracy, uptime, or profitability.
Web (trade11ai.com): Pro upgrades use manual UPI or PayPal — you pay externally, submit proof, and our team verifies before Pro is activated. Android app: Pro upgrades use Google Play Billing only (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and Lifetime one-time purchase). Web and Android purchases are separate; Pro unlocked on web does not automatically sync to the app store receipt and vice versa unless tied to the same signed-in account after verification. Manage Google Play subscriptions in the Play Store app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Trade11AI.
Web (UPI/PayPal): contact [email protected] within 3 days of payment with your order ID for a goodwill refund review if Pro was not activated or there was a billing error. Android (Google Play): email [email protected] within 3 days of your first charge with your Google Play order ID. Subscription renewals, cancellations, and refund requests through Google Play follow Google Play policies. Lifetime purchases are non-recurring; contact [email protected] within 3 days for first-time refund requests only.
You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or redistribute app content; attempt unauthorized access; use the app for illegal activity; or misrepresent our signals as guaranteed profits. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
All software, branding, module logic, UI, and documentation are owned by Trade11AI or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Trade11AI AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR DATA LOSS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the app, your trades, violation of these terms, or violation of third-party rights.
You may stop using the app anytime. We may terminate or restrict access without notice for breach, fraud, or legal requirements. Sections on disclaimers, liability, and indemnity survive termination.
We may modify these Terms. Updated terms take effect when posted at trade11ai.com/terms with a new "Last updated" date. Material subscription changes will be communicated where required by Google Play policies. Contact: [email protected].
