Web purchases (UPI / PayPal)
Contact [email protected] within 3 days of payment with your order ID for a goodwill refund review if Pro was not activated or there was a billing error. Email from the address you used at checkout.
Android purchases (Google Play)
Email [email protected] within 3 days of your first charge with your Google Play order ID. Subscription renewals, cancellations, and refund requests through Google Play follow Google Play policies.
Lifetime purchases
Lifetime purchases are non-recurring. Contact [email protected] within 3 days for first-time refund requests only.
Cancelling renewals
You can cancel a renewing subscription anytime before the next billing date. Web subscriptions do not auto-charge without verification; Google Play subscriptions are managed in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions.
