Delete Your Trade11AI Account

Trade11AI lets you permanently delete your account and the personal data associated with it, in line with Google Play's account-deletion requirement. This page works whether or not you have the app installed.

This is permanent. Once a deletion request is verified and processed, your account, profile information, and login access are permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Only submit this if you're sure.

How to request deletion

In the app: open Settings → Delete Account while signed in, or
On the web: fill out the form below with the email address on your account, or
Email [email protected] directly from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my account".

Every path reaches the same place — our team verifies the request belongs to the account and then processes the deletion. We verify by email match before any data is removed, so no one else can delete your account for you.

What happens after you submit

Submitting this form does not delete anything instantly. It sends a deletion request to our team, who verify it against the account on file and then process it. We do not claim instant automated deletion — verification is a manual step today. You'll be contacted at the email you provide if we need anything else to confirm the request.

What data is deleted

Once your request is verified and processed, we permanently remove or irreversibly scrub the personal profile data tied to your account: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), password/login credentials, active sessions, and device identifiers linked to your profile. After processing you will not be able to sign in to that account again.

What data is retained, and why

Per our Privacy Policy (Section 7, Data Retention & Deletion): subscription and billing records are kept as required for accounting and refund verification, even after an account is deleted — these records are financial/transactional, not tied to your readable profile once deletion is processed. We do not apply a fixed day-count retention timer to these records beyond what accounting and refund verification require.
